The No work Club is a multi activity venue in Lincoln with ambitious plans for a second venue on the horizon
The No Work Club rebrand project was a huge overhaul for a venue that saw three separate brands operating under one roof. The re-brand brought together all activities, bookings and marketing to one central guiding brand to not only streamline design and branding but operationally also. We helped not only to unify the venue as a whole but set it on a path which can now support expansion.




The new brand needed to encompass three previous brands to retain existing customers but also provide a fresh new look that was attractive and playful to attract new customers and establish the brand in it’s premier city. Using a gaming inspired ghost mascot and matching illustrations it created a very versatile brand that can have applications digitally and in print for anything the venue needed. Our support extended from brand identity to menus, cards, social media, signage and many other applications of design.


Our strategic support began with how to successfully rebrand the venue while retaining customers and gaining new ones with a roll out strategy and implementation. In addition, our yearly sales and marketing strategy secured a further year’s worth of marketing activity such as social media campaigns, guerilla marketing campaigns, outreach and exhibitions to support growth to set the venue up for expansion. Providing training for key members of the team, and executing SEO, digital ads and seasonal campaigns while the venue operated.
