  • This is no copy & paste exercise! Each business is different so we dive deep into the business, find out all the gory details, what is working, what isn’t, where your opportunities are, how much stuff is costing you and then we marry that with your goals. It’s a process of designing a totally tailored plan that will serve your business for a whole year.

    The finished product will have individual campaigns, overall marketing activity, what you need to do, how much things will cost and timelines for execution. Literally everything you need to run your sales and marketing for a 12 month period.

  • The plan is handed over to you in its entirety leaving it up to you who you want to do the work. You may have someone internally or a preferred supplier or agency you normally work with.

    We do also have an option for us to run some of the marketing campaigns and take some of the work off your plate. We only offer this to clients who we have completed a strategy with us - so we have a bigger picture understanding of the marketing we are undertaking.   • The whole process can take 6- 10 weeks to complete, we need to have some very in depth chats, we will request information from you, then it takes us time to put the strategy together, and present it to you.

    We can work on tighter deadlines depending on the time of year for an additional fee - just ask.

    So don’t hire us with 2 weeks to go before your year end… give us a little bit of wiggle room.

  • We don’t do fixed pricing as every project is different when it comes to strategy. You are looking at anything between £1200 - £4000 depending on the scope of work, complexity of the business and how many campaigns and activities you want to have on your plan.

Whether you are a brand new business entering the space and are facing a bit of tough competition or you are an established brand launching a new venue or product - proper strategy is what separates booked out from burnt out.

  • For both brand new businesses that are launching for the very first time and established business who are launching a new venue or a new product.

    So if you’re a brand new business and you want to put your best foot forward to actually getting people through the door then a launch strategy could be for you.

    Equally if you are an established business who is launching their second venue, a re-brand, or a new line of products or activities our launch strategy is for you too.

    All our strategies are individual. No copy, pate exercise here friend. So we will only make a plan that is tailored to your business.

  • A launch strategy includes all marketing and sales activity you need to be doing to hype up your potential customers and get them in ready to spend when you open. It will have timelines, costings and a comprehensive plan so you know what to do when.

    Plans are emailed to clients in PDF format so you have a hard copy to use as your blueprint for the launch period.

    It can cover anything from 6-12 weeks (maybe even longer) depending on the size of your business, your goals and how far in advance of launch we determine you should start marketing and advertising.

  • The plan is handed over to you to execute as you wish, you might want to do it all internally if you have the staff and skills or you might want to outsource certain tasks to get them off your plate.

    There are certain jobs that we can do for you, mostly design and campaign running. Just let us know if you want a little more hands on support.

  • Launch strategies take between 4-8 weeks to put together including exploration, research, costings and planning. There will be lots of communication to begin with as we gather all the info we need.

That way we have a bigger picture understanding of the business and can make sure our work is really supporting and impacting the business - rather than just another agency blindly running ads or writing blog posts without knowing who you really are.
